We are pleased to announce the achievement of another milestone in our journey of empowering youth talent through the signing of a MoU between Mobile Technology Tomorrow (MT2) and American University of Beirut (AUB).
Through this collaboration, AUB’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences’ (FAS) Computer Science students will be given the opportunity to experience guided internship programs and tailored Final Year Projects (FYP). Students will get a real-life exposure to the market’s requirements from a commercial and technical perspective while applying academic theories into practical experience on real-world projects within a professional environment.
MT2 will therefore act as a dynamic coach to help shape and strengthen interns’ functional and interpersonal skillsets throughout their learning experience.
At the end of each academic year, the “MT2 Best Achievement Award” will reward an individual student and/or a group of students’ efforts who succeeded in marking achievements through proven skillsets across specific areas of the Computer Science field.
The “MT2 Best Achievement Award” was initiated through the establishment of an endowed fund to boost student development opportunities.
The awardee of The “MT2 Best Achievement Award” will be selected by a committee chosen by the chairperson of the Computer Science Department and will be announced at the annual dinner for the Computer Science Chapter in the presence of MT2’s CEO.
About The “MT2 Best Achievement Award”
This award is given at the end of each academic year to a Computer Science student or a group of CS students (Undergrad or Grad) proving their achievements through an acquired and demonstrated skillset across various accomplishments in specific area(s) of Computer Science.
