Brain Bot Privacy Policy

Apps2you ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Brain Bot mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices available to users.

This Privacy Policy is publicly available and applies to Brain Bot on Android, iOS, and any related web services that link to this page.

1. Information We Collect

3. Facebook Login

If you use Facebook Login, we request only the permissions needed to create or access your Brain Bot account, such as public profile and email address. We use Facebook-provided information to authenticate you, identify your account, and display basic profile information in the app. We do not sell Facebook Login data.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate the app, host services, send notifications, provide analytics, process payments, or deliver support.
Social login providers, app stores, and payment providers as needed to authenticate users or process app store purchases.
Legal authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate misuse of the service.
A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Brain Bot, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless we must retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us at info@apps2you.com. Please include the app name "Brain Bot" and the account identifier or email address linked to your account so we can process your request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Brain Bot is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
